The Business Model

Having some previous project management experience, and especially with working with stakeholders. I developed a small business model to clearly show how the process was going to work.

I identified that the 3 key players needed in this applications success would be:

• Users
• Businesses
• Developer (me, and the team)

This Business model clearly shows what the key features are needed and some of the delighter features. Which party is contributing what, and what they are getting in return. 

This is what I called the User Experience Loop Model.

 As you can see, there is a feature and a gain for everyone and a self regulating reviewing system whereby the content is created, uploaded and moderated by the Users and the Businesses. 

A good place to start I thought.
